Delegates Lane and Armstead move to amend the supplemental appropriation on page 3, line 17 by striking the following language:
"June 30, 2010, to fund 2208, fiscal year 2010, organization 0209, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

The above appropriation to Unclassified - Total (fund 1046, activity 096) shall be transferred to WorkForce West Virginia (Fund 0572, Org 0323) for the payment of benefits pursuant to the state's unemployment compensation insurance program.
Any unexpended balance remaining in the appropriation for Publication of Papers and Transition Expenses - Lottery Surplus (fund 1046, activity 066) at the close of the fiscal year 2009 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 2010."
